Steel Frame Buildings
All our steel frame buildings are detailed from Engineer's drawings, produced in house using Tekla Structures industry leading modelling software.
The generated manufacturing data produced is used for both cost and production management. The data files are fed through our IT network to the shop floor Ficep plate punch and fabricating plant, negating human error and ensuring a finished product that will be fabricated in line with the 3D model dimensions and specification. This automation gives EB Solutions the ability to produce up to 50 tonnes per week.
Our experienced and fully trained steel erection engineers work hand in hand with our project/contract management team to ensure the frame is erected on time, on budget and most importantly in a safe manner using, as required, certified mobile cranage and access platforms.
